Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy

Jane Ward, BSc, RCST

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, energetic bodywork supporting an experience of deep relaxation and inner stillness, which promote natural healing processes. Craniosacral therapy helps restore a healthy nervous system balance, provides some pain relief from the softening and realignment of tissues and may support the resolution of shock and trauma.

May be helpful for:

Joint Pain

Post operation recovery

Support during illness and loss

Nervous disorders
